Umieszcza sie go w sekcji BODY.

Nie sądzę. Ale jeśli się mylę to pokaż mi przykład.

Co do tego to wydaje mi się, że jak już istnieje taka możliwość to jedynie za pomocą Visual Basic Script (bo za pomocą VBS a nie JS można wysunąć CD-ROM).

Oczywiście jeśli chodzi o "prawdziwe" okienko szukania wbudowane w przeglądarke.
